Refund policy

At Grood Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our returns process as simple and transparent as possible.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns are only valid for orders placed directly through groodnutrition.com. We cannot accept returns from third-party retailers.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring products are returned safely.

Once your return is received, refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days. Our Customer Service team will confirm when your return has been received and keep you updated throughout the process.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return, and we’ll arrange the return details and a suitable resolution.

Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Temperature-Sensitive Products
    Some Grood Nutrition products are sensitive to storage conditions. For these items, we are unable to accept returns once dispatched, as this ensures quality and product integrity. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

  • Final Sale Items & Gift Cards
    We do not accept returns on clearance items, final sale products, or gift cards unless deemed faulty.

Payment & Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow 1–3 business days for funds to appear in your account (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

International Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products comply with the customs regulations of the destination country. Grood Nutrition cannot be held liable for parcels rejected by customs.

If your parcel is returned to us, you may choose to:

  1. Receive a refund for the product (shipping costs excluded), or

  2. Pay for reshipment of your order.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was left unattended and returned by the carrier, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
